Find YOUR Aligned Path – Day 6 & 7

Welcome back for Days 6 & 7 of the Find YOUR Aligned Path Program!

Today is Day 6, and we have decided instead of giving you the daily prompts on the weekends, we’re going to send one prompt on Saturday that will cover both Saturday and Sunday.

For the weekend we would love for you to contemplate and think back on some of your beliefs – especially the beliefs that you took on in your younger years.

Try to identify beliefs you established during your childhood, your teenage years, or maybe your early adult years.

Maybe something happened that made you believe you weren’t enough…
or that you needed to fix something…
or change something…
or that you had a weakness that you needed to work hard to try to compensate for, overcome or work through.

Think about those areas where you developed a belief that there was something you needed to change or fix or work on.

Journal on what some of those beliefs might have been for you

It might also be interesting to identify what happened that created that belief…
and maybe who it was that made you believe those thoughts about yourself…

what meaning you took on about yourself.

This is a contemplation prompt I want you to journal on, and just see what might come through. There aren’t any right or wrong answers here.

This is an opportunity to see if anything wants to come to the surface to be healed. Journal on these question and see if different experiences come up on both days or give yourself a break and take a day off over the weekend. Either way is perfectly fine.

Submit your responses on Saturday and Sunday in the form if you’d like to get the maximum number of points towards the prize drawing.

Honor your energy and we will see you on Monday for our Day 8 prompt.

I hope you have a great weekend!

See you in our next live Q&A session and in the Facebook group.
